Associated actions include a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from "Neighborhood Commercial" to "High Density Residential", a zone change to change the zoning from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to R-3 (Medium Density Multiple Family Residential) and a Site Plan Review for approval of the site plan to develop 40 multiple family dwellings and associated improvements on the two acre site.
