A new 3,885-bed Consolidated Correctional Treatment Facility (CCTF) with other County Sheriff and County Health Agency support functions, totaling approx. 2.4 million sq ft. The CCTF would consist of a correctional treatment facility, inmate reception center, administrative support center, ,arraignment court, support services, existing parking structures, a new 3,000 space parking structure, on-site circulation, central utility plant, secure pedestrian connection to the Twin Towers Correctional Facility, pedestrian improvements, and other facilities. The project includes preparation work at existing County detention facilities to accommodate interim inmate relocations.
