Document Description
The project proposes the collocation of antennas at an existing 123'6" telecommunications tower located on a rooftop on an existing building located at 763 State Street (APN 053-181-002). The applicant has also requested the removal of an underground 2,000 gallon diesel fuel storage tank. The underground storage tank would be replaced with an above ground fuel storage tank that will contain #2 diesel fuel with a capacity of 2,500 gallons. To improve the aesthetics of the site the building will be painted, surrounding sidewalks will be repaired and the parking lot will be re-paved.
