CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2016-0034-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, city of Elk Grove.
The City of Elk Grove Development Services will be continuing routine maintenance of various streams and channels within Elk Grove, including Laguna Creek, Strawberry Creek, Franklin Creek, Shed A Channel, Shed B Channel, Shed C Channel, and Grant Line Channel and their tributaries. Maintenance activities include removal of silt, sand, sediment, debris, vegetation and obstructions; minor erosion control, work and repair of previous erosion control work; bridge washing and painting; and geotechnical sampling.
