Document Description
Planned Development Rezoning application from A-Agricultural District to A(PD) Planned Development zoning district to allow the demolition of all on site structures and the construction of up to eight single family detached residential units. The project includes a private road extension from the public terminus of Almaden Road across Golf Creek. Other than the road extension, the minimum distance to the proposed development would occur no less than 30 feet from Golf Creek and 75 feet from Alamitos Creek at the narrowest distances. 54 trees will be removed.
