Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0269-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, California Department of Water Resources. The applicant is proposing to maintain levees and channels for flood maintenance purposes. This includes waterside levee maintenance (e.g. rodent damage repair, vegetation management, erosion, repair, waterside levee access road maintenance, channel maintenance (e.g. sediment removal, debris/obstruction removal, vegetation management, toe drain repair, and channel and bank scour repair), flood control structure maintenance and repair (e.g. weirs and pipe/culvert maintenance, repair, removal/replacement, and abandonment in place), geotechnical borings, dewatering, and vegetation plantings.
