Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is amending the executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0156-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the California Department of Transportation, as represented by Katie Rodriguez. The amendment to the Project includes, 1) amending the impact acreage and mitigation acreage requirement from 0.44 to 0.245, 2) Updating the number of removed willow from 301 to approximately 142, 3) removing the requirement of willow plantings in Measure 3.1 (Habitat Restoration -Onsite), 4) removal of the requirement to report on willow plantings from Measure 4.2 (Revegetation Plan), and 5) removal of the requirement to report willow plantings from Measure 4.3 (On-Site Final Report).
