Document Description
The construction of a 70-unit residential project on an 8-acre vacant site consisting of 40 single-family detached homes and 30 multi-family units, including new private street, water, sewer and storm drain infrastructure, parks, and landscaped common areas. The project was analyzed in an EIR for the San Mateo County Community College District Facilities Master Plan Amendment, certified in Dec. 2015, which determined that any environmental impacts could be reduced to a less-than significant level with implementation of mitigation measures. Since the proposed project is substantially similar to the project analyzed in the Certified EIR, an EIR Addendum was prepared that determined the conclusions in the 015 EIR remain valid and no supplemental or subsequent environmental analysis is needed pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162, 15163, and 15164..
