Document Description
Project would redevelop portions of the El Camino Hospital Campus in conformance with the El Camino Medical Park Precise Plan. The site would be redeveloped with a new 2-story Behavioral Health Services building (56,000 s.ft.), a new 7-story Integrated Medical Office Building (265,000 s. ft.), a new 5-level parking structures adjacent to the new office building, and the expansion of an existing 4-level parking structure (North Drive Garage). The project proposes to demolish an existing one-story behavioral health building (16,000 s. ft.), the North Addition of the Old Main hospital building (87,000 s.ft.), and the remaining Old Main hospital building (260,000 s.ft.), for a total of 363,500 s.ft. of demolition. The project would result in a net reduction of ~33,050 s.ft. of building space, and would be built in multiple phases to allow for the continuous provision of hospital services.
