Document Description
The City of Pico Rivera is seeking to construct a street sweeper transfer facility at the existing City Operations Yard at 9633 Beverly Road. The project consists of the development of a 26-foot-long by 15-foot-wide concrete slab with three 5-foot-high perimeter walls to be developed along the northeastern perimeter of the existing Operations Yard. An 8-inch sewer line would be constructed for leachate and wastewater collection. The new sewer line would connect to the existing car wash clarifier located in the center of the Operations Yard, approximately 320 feet from the street sweeper transfer facility.
