The project consists of a proposed community dog park of 5.47 acres that would take access off Knollwood/AWMA Road, which connects to Wood Canyon Drive. The proposed dog park includes five specific components: the dog park area itself (72,300 sf), a parking area of decomposed granite (13,400 sf), a natural open space area (97,600 sf), a hydroseeded area (31,600 sf) and a perimeter landscaping area (23,400 sf).
