Document Description
The project as covered under the scope of the Streambed Alteration Agreement is limited to removal of a historic failed stream crossing and restoration of affected stream channel, as well as operation of a new seasonal water diversion to off-stream storage. The maximum diversion rate for the seasonal diversion of a surface water shall be limited to 10 gallons-per-minute or 10 percent of natural flow, whichever is more restrictive.
