Document Description
Minor Subdivision of a Parcel into Two Parcels. The project is located on the west side of Maiden Lane, north of Elk Valley Road. The proposed project would create an 8,002 sf parcel (Parcel 1) and a Remainder Parcel of 9,238 sf. Parcel 1 is developed with an existing single family residence. Parcel 1 would directly access from Maiden Lane while the Remainder would access Maiden Lane via a road with the existing 30 feet access easement. The Remainder Parcel would be a "flag lot" in configuration while Parcel 1 would be roughly rectangular. Both parcels would be served by public water and public sewer. The 30 foot easement located along the southern property boundary will remain intact and legally described on the map.
