Document Description
Development of 71 single-family residences and related infrastructures on 27.24 acres. One of two existing on-site structures and associated outbuildings will be demolished. The existing on-site orange grove will be removed. Lots will be minimally sized at 10,000 sf, with the size of residences ranging from 2,300 to 3,200 sf. Overall density is 2.61 units/acre. The project includes five new roadways, construction of a half-width of Aplin Street, and connection to the adjacent tract's water quality management basin.
