Document Description
The project proposes a mixed-use development with 65 senior residential apartment units and 3,000 sf of commercial space on a 1.22-acre site located to the southwest of East Sepulveda Boulevard and Panama Avenue and 200 feet east of the East Sepulveda Boulevard and Marbella Avenue intersection. The proposed senior housing units would consists of 58 one-bedroom units, and 7 two-bedroom units. The commercial retail uses would encompass approximately 3,000 sf and the parking garage would include 67 parking spaces. The project would also feature approximately 15,150 sf of common areas that would include a community space (a community room, community gardens, outdoor seating, and theater area), podium gardens, and park area, and approximately 5,590 sf of private open space. The project site is not listed on a list of hazardous materials sites compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5.
