Document Description
The proposed project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing Rancho San Diego Pump Station. Proposed rehabilitation activities include replacing the fencing on the western edge of the property to expand the fenced site footprint; replacing the existing roofing, doors, pavement, and selected walls; removing and replacing mechanical and electrical pump station equipment, and installation new fans and skylights. This work includes relocating the existing emergency generator from inside the building to a location near the southeast corner of the building and mounting it on a raised platform. The project will require grading of approximately 19.5 cubic yards for the construction of a new driveway and entrance.
