Document Description
The proposed project would include the construction a hotel and residential project. The project would consist of the construction of a 120-room hotel on 2.48 acres, and 50 residential townhomes on 3.87 acres of an approx. 9-acre project site. The hotel would be a four-story complex with surface parking. Residential development would consist of townhomes units of approx. 1,700 sq. ft. (plus approx. 500 of garbage space) in three-story buildings. The site would be accessed from Santa's Village Road.
