Document Description
Project proposes to demolish the existing structures on the project site and construct an infill, mixed-use residential development project that would consist of approx. 2,200 rental apartment units that would be developed in 9 apartment complexes. The residential buildings would range in height from approx. 45 to 80 feet. The project includes parking garages as part of each residential complex. The project also includes approx. 40,000 gsf of retail space, 4,5000 gsf of leasing space, and approx. 38,000 gsf of amenity space. The proposed retail space would be located in the northwestern corner of the project site along the east side of a new street that would run north-south connecting Scott Blvd. to Augustine Drive.
