The project would remove calcine pavements historically used as surface cover on trails, service roads (for purposes of this document, roads and trails shall be used interchangeably) and the access road to the San Francisco Open Cut in Almaden Quicksilver County Park (AQ County Park) that are identified as containing calcine pavements. The project would include removal of calcine pavements and replacement of removed material with clean soil; regarding of the trails; repair of inboard drainage ditches; stabilization of existing slumps and over steepened road edges; and revegetation and hydroseeding of disturbed areas.
