Note: Review Per Lead The applicant proposes to construct, operate, maintain, and decommission the DQSP in the southern CA inland desert. The project would generate up to 450 MW using solar pv technology. The project would occupy 3,616 acres of BLM land. In addition to the BLM ROW application, the applicant submitted a CUP application to the county of Riverside on Feb 25, 2015 (Riverside County CUP no. 3721), for 160 acres of privately-owned land adjacent to the BLM-administered land. Within this application area, the applicant has proposed a project that would occupy approx 3,770 acres.
