The proposed project includes a 206 detached single-family lot subdivision with a gross density of the 3.87 units per acre and related on- and off-site infrastructure and amenities to serve the proposed residential uses, and requires the approval of major subdivision map and other discretionary approvals from the County including: a general plan amendment, a zone change, and a major subdivision map. The project may also require approvals from other agencies. The project site is approximately 53.29 acres of land located in the unincorporated County southeast of, and adjacent to, the City limits of Hollister; the project site is within the City of Hollister's Sphere of Influence and the City's Urban Service Area.
