Document Description
The proposed project provides a framework for the development and improvement of three areas; the Midtown Specific Plan area and two Conventional Zoning areas. The Specific Plan area would designate four land use districts: Transit Node; Corridor; Medical; and Open Space; and would increase the number of permitted residential units within the Specific Plan area to just over 3,600 units and the commercial/employment building square.
