A Conditional Use Permit to allow the installation, use, and maintenance of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility consisting of a 45-foot high monopole disguised as a palm tree (monopalm), with 12 panel antennas, 12 RRU's (remote radio units), one parabolic antenna, and two raycaps. The WTF facility also includes 2 equipment cabinet, a standby generator, and an electrical meter, located at grade. The monopalm and equipment cabinets will be located behind crash bollards. The WTF is proposed to be located within an existing landscape planter in a surface parking lot of a commercial shopping center.
