Document Description
The proposed project is San Diego Audubon Society - Birds and Bikes!, a family-friendly bicycle event which will take place on the Bayshore Bikeway on March 17, 2015. The District will provide sponsorship in the form of District services for the event, a free bicycle event around the San Diego Bay. The bicycle route will start and end at Chula Vista Bayfront Park , running along the Bayshore Bikeway through San Diego, National City, Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, and Coronado. The event will feature a 2-mile, 12-mile, and 26-mile route along the Bayshore Bikeway. The event has an expected attendance of approximately 300 people. Parking will be available at Chula Vista Bayfront Park and public parking areas located near Chula Vista Bayfront Park.
