Document Description
The existing West Point sewer plant, constructed in 1993, serves 165 connections with a 0.058-mgd capacity. The project consolidates a small sewer plant serving 28 residential connections in the nearby community of Wilseyville with the West Point plant while operating within existing capacity. The project includes construction of a small lift station and 3-inch x 3,800 ft sewer pipeline, community septic tank to remove solids and equalize flows, septage/sludge facilities, installing synthetic liners in existing storage ponds, electrical/instrumentation upgrades, and a new 3-inch x 3500-ft pipeline to transfer effluent to the existing Wilseyville pond and sprayfield for auxiliary storage and disposal.
