Document Description
The project is the construction of middle school facilities to serve an anticipated increased middle school student enrollment in Belmont Redwood Shores School District. The proposed project will construct three two-story buildings at Nesbit Elementary School in two phases. Phase 1 is the construction of two buildings in the spring and summer of 2015. These two buildings will collectively include six classrooms, two elective rooms, boys' and girl's bathrroms, office space, work rooms, and storage areas. Phase 2 is the construction of the third building, and will occur in the future when additional capacity is needed. The third building will include three classrooms and a 'tinker room (for special events), ' The project also includes construction of an outdoor courtyard area with tables.
