Document Description
Annexation and partial rezone of site. Subdivision into 312 lots for the development of single-family residences with average lot sizes ranging from 6,678 to 7,344 sf and a density of 4.3 dwelling units per acre. Provision of three tot lots, network of paseos, and a dual-use stormwater retention/recreation basin. Access to be provided from current terminus at Annadale Ave south to North Ave to the north. Indianola Avenue would be extended from its current terminus at Annadale Ave south to North Ave and provide two points of site access from the extended roadway. Utilities to be provided by City of Sanger and PG&E. A well site would be located in the NE corner of site and dedicated to the City for use in conjunction with the City's existing potable water service.
