Document Description
The proposed Project involves the emergency repair of the Lower Cherry Aqueduct (LCA) due to fire damage and debris clearing from the 2013 Rim Fire as well as upgrade aging facilities to ensure that water deliveries to 2.6 million customers relying on the Hetch Hetchy Water and Power system will not be compromised. The Project is expected to result in incidental take of Townsend's big-eared bat which is a candicate for listing under the California Endangered Species Act (CESA).
