Document Description
SMUD Headquarters Building and Site Rehabilitation Project will be located at 6201 S Street, Sacramento, CA. The Proposed Project would consist of rehabilitating the Headquarters Building and site and establishing two separate trailer locations on SMUD's campus for the temporary housing of relocated employees during the project. Key proposed project elements include expansion of the central area of the Headquarters building, rehabilitating of the main parking area, landscaping updates, and the development of increased physical security concepts (including fencing and cameras) surrounding employee parking areas. Hazardous materials abatement, ADA compliance updates, and improved pedestrian and vehicular traffic and circulation will be included in the project to provide better campus safety and emergency access.
