Improvements will include an estimated 2000 GPM, 150 HP pump with associated discharge piping & valving, Manganese greensand treatment system, electrical and chlorination equipment, electrical service including meter and transformer, estimated 250 KW emergency power generator, SCADA controls, site security, connection for future telephone line/alarm dialer, HVAC, site grading & lighting, storm drain collection, perimeter fencing, & paved surface.
