Document Description
The project is limited to improving fish passage in Bogus Creek by decommissioning three antiquated flashboard diversion dams and outdated fish screening systems. An engineered design plan was completed and approved by CDFW engineering, FRGP Grant P1110313. The diversion dam structures will be removed or modified as designed; the stream channel will be restored to the design plan specifications by a series of boulder weirs spanning the entire channel to maintain the new channel grade. Install three new on channel fish screening facilities.
