Document Description
The purpose of this Subsequent Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) is to analyze the proposed modifications to the approved Santee 50 project, which was evaluated in the Final MND for Santee 50 (SCH#2014121069). The MND for the project was adopted by the City of Santee (City) on Jan. 28, 2015. The approved project allowed 50 dwelling units on 3 parcels immediately adjacent to the north, south, and west sides of the subject parcel (0.56 acres). This fourth parcel would be developed with 10 dwelling units and would become part of the overall development containing 60 dwelling units.
