Document Description
The project would involve construction and operation of a multi-use hotel building and a subterranean parking garage at 645-681 North Robertson Blvd. and 648-654 North La Peer Dr., near the intersections of Robertson Blvd and La Peer Drive with Santa Monica Blvd. The multi-use hotel building would have 241 guestrooms, retail space, restaurant space, outdoor dining, hotel meeting spaces, a nightclub a gym and spa, back-of-house areas, a lobby, circulation space, and design showroom space. The multi-use hotel building would be bisected by a pedestrian walkway extending across the site from North Robertson Blvd. to North La Peer Dr.
