Note: FYI Final The project would include up to 323 residential units (townhomes and condominium flats); park areas, paths, trails, and a public waterfront park and pier (Terminal One Pier), re-purposed from a former industrial pier; and a Bay Trail Loop. The project would also include improvements to existing roads and the creation of a new shoreline road; up to 2,000 sq. ft. of neighborhood-serving and visitor-serving retail uses; and a pedestrian/bicycle-oriented promenade (Terminal One Mews). The site is owned by the City. Under a Land Disposition Agreement, the City would sell the applicant 11.9 acres of the site for residential uses, and keep 0.9 acres of the site for use as a public park. The initial phase of development would include the Bay Trail Loop, new shoreline road, public waterfront park, and re-surfaced pier.
