The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0405-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Juan Mercado, Reclamation District No. 341.
The Project proposes to develop waterside habitat and provide protection from wind and wave erosion on the Sherman Island levee system between levee stations 690+00 and 850+00 along the Sacramento River.
