Document Description
The proposed Project would involve the demolition of 20,153 sf of existing building space and construction of a new 25,500 sf Town Administration building, a 1,300 sf Police Ancillary building, and a new 9,000 sf Library. At buildout, the Project would reconfigure the existing roadway network at the Project site and provide a total of approximately 119 parking spaces. Additionally, the proposed Project would involve the removal of several existing mature heritage trees and the installation of a series of open spaces and courtyards connected by a network of fully accessible pedestrian and bicycle paths.
