Document Description
The project would demolish the existing apartments on-site and construct a new apartment complex consisting of 228 new multi-family residential units and 32 affordable senior housing units, for a total of 260 units in 24 buildings on site. The project proposes a net increase of 62 residential units onsite. Buildings would be two to three stories tall with a total of 12 studio apartments, 128 one-bedroom units and 120 two-bedroom units. The affordable senior portion would contain all 12 of the studio apartments, 15 of the one-bedroom units, and 5 of the two-bedroom units. The balance of the project consists of 113 one-bedroom and 115 two-bedroom units. On-site amenities would include a clubhouse, pool, spa, barbecue areas, walking paths, and passive usable open space.
