The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to install seismic retrofit catcher/restrainer systems at the expansion joints of the following four bridges: Cosumnes River (24-0020R/L) and Cosumnes River Overflow Bridges (24-0021R/L). On Dillard Road Overcrossing (24-0163) non-standard bridge railings will be replaced on both sides of the bridge, remove asphalt concrete (AC) surfacing, sidewalk/curb, and place polyester concrete deck overlay.
