A Planned Development Rezoning to rezone from the R-M Residential Multi-family zone district to the A(PD) Planned Development zone district to allow the redevelopment of a 216 unit apartment complex at 881 S. Winchester Boulevard. The redevelopment would include demolition of the existing apartment buildings and hardscape, removal of most trees on the property, and construction of a four- to six-story residential apartment complex with ground floor retail and two levels of underground parking. The project would have up to 650 residential units and 8,000 sf of retail space.
