Document Description
City of San Pablo General Plan and San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan amendments to change land use designation from Public/Institutional to Commercial Mixed Use. Other text amendments to these documents are proposed. Rezoning of the site from Institutional to Commercial (C-1) to implement Commercial Mixed Use. The proposed project would enable future development capacity of: 15,000 sf of office use; 38,000 sf of retail use; 15,000 sf of indoor recreation use; and a 100-room hotel of 50,000 sf. Parking and landscaping commensurate with zoning code and specific plan regulations is required. A setback from Wildcat Creek is to be maintained. It is assumed that the existing Doctors Medical Center facilities will be demolished.
