Note: Response to Comment The project includes the appropriation of 156.7 acre feet of water and the vegetation removal, earthmoving activities, associated with the construction of one off-stream reservoir and the enlargement/re-construction of three existing reservoirs/ponds, and the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures associated with development of 95.9 acres of new vineyard (74.2 net vine acres): overall project area, approximately 110-acres. The site plan designates development on topography that ranges from gentle to steeply sloping lands (typical slopes from 3% to 29%), at elevations between approximately 680 and 860 feet above mean sea level.
