DWR, acting as Lead Agency under CEQA, certified an EIR on November 13, 2018 and filed a Notice of Determination on December 11, 2018 for the Water Supply Contract Extension Project. The project, described in the SEIR, consists of amending certain financial provision of the State Water resources Development System Water Supply Contracts and extending the term of the Contracted to 2085 based on the negotiated Agreement in Principle Concerning Extension of the State Water Project Supply Contracts. The Final EIR did not identify any significant impacted associated with approval and implementation of the Water Supply contract Extension Project. Therefore, no finding of Fact, Statement of Overriding Consideration, or Mitigation monitoring and Reporting Program were necessary for the proposed action and none has been adopted by the Lead.
