Document Description
CDFW have executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0259-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Gregory Schneck, Jacumba Solar, LLC. The project executes a Streambed Alteration Agreement to allow 0.21 acre of permanent impacts to ephemeral washes associated with the Project. Impacts associated with the Project will be mitigated through the preservation of 3.14 acres of ephemeral wash, and the restoration and enhancement of 1.93 acres of ephemeral wash immediately adjacent to the project site.
