The project is the construction and operation of a 29,000-square-foot performing arts center including a 502-seat performance theater; a 120-seat black box theater; a detached ticket office; two classrooms; and accessory office, labs, studios, and storage areas. The project would involve the creation of a new theater program at OHS, and the two classrooms would add 54 seats to the school's capacity. The new facility may operate approximately 100 events per year outside of school hours.
