Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0083-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, The City of Visalia. Project includes activities intended to reduce potential flooding in the City of Visalia's downtown area by constructing a new 2.9 acre stormwater basin ("Jennings Basin") within and adjacent to Mill Creek and Jennings Ditch, a tributary to Mill Creek; installing a weir across Mill Creek, and upgrading storm drain facilities.
