Document Description
The City's Project consists of a constructing a new detention basin (Jennings Basin) (Figure 2), expanding an existing detention basin (Soroptimist Basin) (Figure 3) and a constructing new storm drain pipelines to intercept storm water currently discharging into Mill Creek and redirecting it to Jennings basin and Soroptimist Basin. This Project will also upgrade existing storm drain pipelines to reduce existing deficiencies.
