Document Description
Construct a new 1,400 sf water treatment building to house an arsenic removal system that would treat flows from two potable water supply wells. The proposed project also includes new underground raw and treated water, sewer, power, propane, and communication lines, as well as a paved driveway, parking, fencing, and landscaping improvements, as well as 200 lineal feet of new and replacement 8" water line, several water valves, and a sewer lateral within the Twin Lakes Road right-of-way. The purpose of the proposed project is to comply with the federal and state drinking water standard and begin removing naturally occurring arsenic from the potable water supply.
