Document Description
Site Access Agreements at Site AGH, OAT and TPK (listed on Attachment 1) allows for implementation of the LMR System, which consists of installation of antennas on existing and new monopoles and lattice towers and supporting radio equipment in existing and new shelters at sites primarily within the County of Los Angeles. The environmental impacts of project implementation at these sites was evaluated in an EIR certified by the LA-RICS JPA Board on March 29, 2016. There have been no changes to the project or to the circumstances under which the project is undertaken since that approval that would require new analysis or mitigation under CEQA.
