Horton) is seeking to redevelop the 3.59-acre project site in the City of Claremont with 40 single-family detached residential units and other related site improvements, including internal private streets, sidewalks, resident and visitor parking, common open space and recreation areas, and other hardscape and landscape improvements. Development of the proposed project requires demolition of the existing buildings, structures, parking area and drive aisles, and other site improvements, and removal of a number of mature ornamental trees and an existing cell tower.
