Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2014-0203-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Painted Hills Mining Company.
The project is limited to the expansion, with associated infrastructure development, of the existing Super Creek decorative rock mining operation by 28.9 acres on the western side of the site, the development of two waste placement areas (Southwest Waste Placement Area and Northwest Placement Area), and the construction of a new sedimentation basin with a discharge pipe directing overflow stormwater runoff into Super Creek Wash. The project will result in temporary impacts to 0.008 acres of vegetated streambed and permanent impacts to 0.332 acres of vegetated streambed.
